• Non-Editable Fields: Mobile Number, Email Address, Permanent Address, and Correspondence Address.
• Editable Fields (For Aadhar Verified): Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, or Mother’s Name (any one), Category, Sub-category, City and Medium, Qualification including passing year (Class 10 & 12).
• Fee Impact: If you change your category (e.g., from SC to General), you will have to pay the additional balance fee. No refund is provided if the fee decreases.

Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): Candidates appear for JEE Main Session 1 and/or Session 2. The best of two scores is considered for the final rank.
2. All India Rank (AIR) Generation: NTA releases the rank list based on percentile scores.
3. JoSAA/CSAB Counselling: Based on the rank, candidates apply for seats in NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.
4. JEE Advanced Eligibility: The top 2,50,000 qualifiers of JEE Main are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced for IIT admissions.
